SFI in partnership with Irish Aid are delighted to launch the SDG Challenge 2022. The SDG Challenge will support transdisciplinary teams to develop transformative, sustainable solutions to development challenges under the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Recognising the interconnectedness between climate, biodiversity and the environment, the challenge theme of this second call will encompass SDG 13: Climate Action, 14: Life below water, and SDG 15: Life on land.
Applications are invited where impact will be achieved in one of Irish Aid’s key partner countries. Teams will be awarded up to €300k to develop their idea, with an overall prize award of €1M available. SFI’s Grants Management System SESAME will be open for applications from End of July, 2022.
