A reminder that the submission deadline for the IFIP 9.4 European Conference in University of Salford in June 2020 is fast approaching on the 29th February 2020. Dr P.J. "This is one of the key conferences for those interested in ICT4D. The conference is suitable for academics, early-stage researchers, ICT4D practitioners and anyone else interested in ICT4D. This is an excellent opportunity to interact with world-renowned leaders in the ICT4D field. I strongly encourage Irish ICT4D academics and practitioners to attend."

The University of Salford is delighted to host the European Regional Conference on the Social Implications of Computers in Developing Countries.
Working Group 9.4 of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) attracts ethnographers, anthropologists, technologists, ethicists, and engineers interested in the issues around Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and international development. The work of the group often targets countries on the OECD DAC list of official development assistance recipients, but we are also interested in other communities or groups that are marginalised or disadvantaged in their relationships with technologies.
We seek contributions disseminating new and unpublished research from across the full range of interests within the working group.
