Twawezaa a leading citizen-centered initiative in East Africa focusing on citizen agency, open civic space and public accountability is now seeking a new Director of Strategy and Learning. Reporting to the Executive Director and as a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Strategy and Learning will be responsible for helping to lead Twaweza through the design and implementation of a new strategic plan. The role will also lead the design and implementation of all monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and foster a culture of learning across the organization.
