The theme of the 2020 GEM Report is ‘Inclusion in Education: All means All’. It provides a comprehensive overview of global progress towards the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4 – ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for – with particular focus on inclusion. The Report identifies challenges towards inclusion and contains recommendations on how all states can achieve more inclusive schools.
