The UCC Centre for Global Development and Irish Forum for International Agricultural Development (IFIAD) are delighted to invite you to the Irish launch of the EAT-Lancet Commission Report on Food, Planet, Health

This report sets out the evidence demonstrating we need radical shifts in food production and consumption to stay within safe planetary boundaries by the year 2050. It has major implications for Ireland. The main speaker is Professor Jessica Fanzo, Distinguished Associate Professor of Ethics, Global Food and Agriculture, John Hopkins University, who is a co-author of the report. Speakers addressing the implications for Ireland include Professor Thia Hennessy, Dean of the Cork University Business School who will discuss implications for Irish agriculture.
