The workshop, organised by Plan Ireland, will cover several strands including: Development of Child Protection as a sector in emergencies; global coordination and cooperation and predictions for the future; Child Protection Minimum Standards: Developing and getting familiar with the standards and structure; Child Protection in Emergencies in Practice: Standalone programme case studies from Central African Republic and Nepal; Mainstreaming of Child Protection in other sectors and the role of Child Protection in situations of epidemics such as Ebola.
