In September 2021, UNU-WIDER will run it's popular Massive Open Online Course (MOOC): Industrial Policy and the Challenge for Africa as a self-paced learning experience with opportunities for interaction with other learners and a course instructor. This course outlines how industrial policy designed for the 21st century could support a broader set of economic activities and provide the growth, jobs and industrialization needed in Africa.
