Local and national transformations in peace, conflict and humanitarian need in South Sudan
This workshop was hosted by The Network for Innovative Resilience-Building in South Sudan and participating members of the Humanitarian Action Study Group, Caitriona Dowd and Walt Kilroy on 30 March 2021.
Looking at humanitarian resilience in South Sudan, but with core themes relevant to wider humanitarian contexts, they share this Summary Document 'A Year of Change'. In the Summary Discussion Document, they synthesise key points from this stakeholder roundtable, bringing together international and national policymakers, researchers and humanitarian actors, exploring the most significant changes in peace and conflict dynamics and humanitarian need in South Sudan in the past year. They map gaps in available evidence and research, and suggest some future directions.
