Latin America Development Issues Course

The Latin American Solidarity Centre (LASC) is organising a Latin American Development Issues course. 
In this QQI Level 5 module, participants will acquire a general understanding of Latin American social,
 political, historical and economic developments as well as more detailed information about topics of 
contemporary significance, such as the environment, social movements, indigenous issues and popular
 resistance.
This lively and participative course is open to anyone with an interest in the region. The course is run by
 LASC and supported by Irish Aid, and will start on Tuesday 23rd January for a total of ten weeks. 
The course takes place each Tuesday evening from 6-8pm at Ballsbridge College of Further Education.
 The cost of the course is €120.
